Over 700 police officers complete in police line-up regulations and martial arts

PSNews – The Bac Kan Provincial Police Department on April 4 opened a contest on martial art, police regulations and sports for local police officers and soldiers.

The competition drew the participation of more than 730 police officers and soldiers of 36 teams.

The event is part of the series of activities to celebrate 75 years since Uncle Ho stated Six Teachings to the People's Public Security Forces (March 11, 1948-2023), and the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's appeal for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948-2023).

According to Senior Lieutenant Dinh Quang Huy, Deputy Director of the Bac Kan Provincial Police Department, the event aims to check local police units for police lineup regulations, martial arts and sports movements as well as to tighten police discipline and improve the work efficiency of the local police officers and soldiers.

The competition, takes place on April 4-7, has drawn the participation of more than 730 police officers and soldiers of 36 teams.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Bac Kan Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Dang Binh stated that martial arts, police lineup regulations and physical training play an important role in building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern Public Security Forces.
