Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam affirmed, the communal-level police force has various responsibilities and tasks from dealing with crime reports and denunciations, registering motorcycles and mopeds to managing foreigners’ residence and implementing Project 06.

Therefore, it is needed to strengthen the communal-level police force, including building headquarters for the force, contributing to ensuring security and order at the grassroots, in line with Resolution No. 12 of the Public Security Central Party Committee on speeding up the construction of communal-level police posts in the current situation.
