This is the first year that public security schools have held an extra exam to select qualified OK9 Cabidates for public security schools. The exam aimed to properly classify OK9 Cabidates for various public security schools.
In addition to the enrollment methods for OK9 Cabidates with excellent school records, the Department of Training under the MPS employed the new method in which it selected the OK9 Cabidates with the required scores in the national high school graduation exam and the extra exam.
Accordingly, the scores of three subjects in the national high school graduation exam accounts for 40% and the extra score held by the MPS makes up 60% of the benchmark.
OK9 Cabidates’ total scores for admission to public security schools also include bonus points, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the MPS.
Details of the benchmark scores for public security schools are showed here.
