Deputy Minister Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, leading a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, paid a visit to the 911 Unified Security Operations Center under the Ministry of Home Affairs of Saudi Arabia, on October 20.

Director of the 911 Unified Security Operations Center Colonel Adel Abdulrahman Al-Asmeri briefed Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc and other Vietnamese delegates on the functions, operational mechanisms and missions of the center.

Expressing his joy when visiting the center and having an insight into the operation of the 911 Unified Security Operations Center, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc gave an overview of the project on enhancing digital transformation and building data centers (project 06) to serve socio-economic development as well as the building of a digital Government, digital economy and digital society launched by the Vietnamese Government and realized by the Ministry of Public Security.

Colonel Adel Abdulrahman Al-Asmeri was impressed by the results and effort of the Vietnamese Government and Ministry of Public Security in developing science and technology, saying that he believed that Vietnam will reap many achievements in digital transformation.

At the working visit, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Director of the 911 Unified Security Operations Center exchanged experience in operating such a command center as well as orientations for the development of high-quality human resources, security approaches and other issues regarding the operation of the center.
