Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative - Judicial Reforms reviews work performances

The Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative - Judicial Reforms under the Ministry of Public Security held a conference on January 14 to review their performance of tasks in 2021 and roll out new plans for 2022. Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech at the event.

Major General Pham Cong Nguyen, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative - Judicial Reforms, chaired the conference.

Speaking at the event, Major General Le Quoc Hung applauded the efforts and achievements gained by the department in 2021.

He also urged the department to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement directions and guidelines of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Public Security Central Party Committee on Party building, especially the Resolutions of the 4th Plenum of the 12th and 13th Party Central Committee as well as the Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on enhancing the movement “Learning and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morals and style.”

They should continue to advise the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security's leadership to complete institutions for drafting guidelines, policies and laws on security and order.

Additionally, the department should participate in drafting legal documents on security and order and step up dissemination of the law on security and order.
