Hung is a drug addict with 2 past criminal convictions for robbery. He has just ended his imprisonment sentence and is now suffering HIV/AIDS of the last stage.

Earlier, on September 30 morning, the unit received information that the Thinh Hao Commune Police caught in red suspect Le Hung Viet stealing property of Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, residing at Dao Kieu village. The Yen Binh District Police then sent Lieutenant Nguyen Tuan Anh and Lieutenant Ngo Tuan Ngoc down to the scene to handle the case.

Later, Lieutenant Nguyen Tuan Anh and Lieutenant Ngo Tuan Ngoc were taken to Yen Bai Provincial Center for Disease Control for examination and treatment against HIV exposure.

The courageous action of the two police officers was widely praised by local people. At this point, the investigation agency is continuing their investigation into the case.
