The University of Fire Prevention and Fighting held a conference on January 29 to review 5 years of the implementation of Uncle Ho’s Six Teachings to the Public Security Forces in period 2013-2018 and the results of the first semester of the 2017-2018 academic year, in Hanoi.

During the five-year implementation, the Party Organization and the Directorate of the university launched many emulation movements in an effort to enhance the quality of training and learning of majorities.

In addition, the university also created opportunities for its lecturers to improve their knowledge and skills, with the aim of meeting the needs for renovation. At this time, 181 officers and lecturers of the university have master degrees or higher degrees, including four Associate Professors and one Professor.

In 2017, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Education and Training decided to entrust the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting to train PhDs in Fire Prevention and Fighting, and it is planning to enroll OK9 Cabidates in 2018.

Over the past 5 years, the University of Fire Prevention and Fighting has received many emulation flags and certificates of merit from the Ministry of Public Security as well as the General Department of Politics.

At the conference, representatives of the university’s leaders presented certificates of merit to individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievements in this movement.
