Throughout the journey of construction, combat and growth, under the leadership of the Party, the management of the State, the close coordination of ministries, departments, sectors, and localities, the care and support of the People, as well as the support of international friends, generations of officers and soldiers of the People's Police Force have consistently demonstrated resourcefulness, bravery and dedication. Ready to fight and sacrifice, you have achieved numerous outstanding feats in crime prevention and control, ensuring social order and safety for the peaceful and happy lives of the People, while actively participating in international search and rescue operations, earned high recognition and appreciation from the Party, State, People and international community.

As our country enters a new era of development, which is aimed at reforming its growth model with science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation as the primary driving forces, new and higher demands are placed upon the People's Police Force in fostering development, combating crime, and maintaining social order and safety. I request all officers and soldiers of the People's Police Force to continue promoting our glorious heroic traditions, upholding the motto: 'Most Disciplined – Most Loyal – Closest to the People', and setting an example in executing the Party's strategic guidelines. I firmly believe that, with our glorious traditions, spirit of unity, and aspiration to contribute, the People's Police Force will continue to achieve great feats, successfully fulfill all assigned tasks, and make worthy contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
