Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, chaired a ceremony on October 22 in Bac Lieu to announce a decision by the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.

The event also saw the presence of Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong, Secretary of the Bac Lieu Provincial Party Committee; representatives from the Department of Organization and Personnel and leaders of the Bac Lieu Provincial Police Department.

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam announced the decision signed by the Minister to appoint Senior Colonel Le Tan Toi, Director of Bac Lieu Provincial Police Department to the position of Director of the Department for Organization and Personnel.

At the same time, Senior Colonel Tran Phong, Vice Director of the Bac Lieu Provincial Police Department, was appointed as Acting Director of Bac Lieu the Provincial Police Department.

Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam congratulated the two police officers on their appointments, and hoped that they would do their best to fulfil all given tasks in their new positions.
