Senior Colonel Tran Hong Phu presented 20 TVs as the gifts of Minister To Lam to the nursing center.

Under the authority of General To Lam, Politburo member, Minister of Public Security, Senior Colonel Tran Hong Phu, Deputy Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department on July 22 visited the nursing center for wounded and sick servicemen in Nho Quan district.

At the center, Senior Colonel Tran Hong Phu presented 20 TVs as the gifts of Minister To Lam to the nursing center.

On behalf of the wounded and sick war veterans, leaders of the Nho Quan center expressed  thanks to Minister To Lam and promised to use the gifts to improve the spiritual lives of the wounded servicemen.
