The event was attended by Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Bui Van Tinh, Member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Hoa Binh; Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Hoa Binh and representatives from relevant provincial agencies and units under the MPS.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh and Mr. Bui Van Tinh recognized and appreciated the achievements gained by the provincial police.

The deputy minister asked the provincial police to take professional measures to prevent and suppress criminals, promote the movement “Protecting national security”, actively participate in building new rural areas, and focus on Party and force building, contributing to socio-economic development of the province.

At the event, various individuals and groups of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police were honored for their outstanding achievements. Particularly the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department was awarded the “Emulation” Flag by the MPS, 6 units under the provincial police were honored with the “Emulation” Flag by the General Department of Politics.
