Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung holds March 2026 citizen meeting

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung presided over the monthly meeting held by Ministry of Public Security (MPS) with citizens on the morning of March 16, at the Ministry’s citizen reception venue in Hanoi.

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung presided over the monthly meeting held by Ministry of Public Security (MPS) with citizens on the morning of March 16, at the Ministry’s citizen reception venue in Hanoi.

The meeting was also attended by Inspector General of MPS Lieutenant General Bui Quang Thanh and Deputy Inspector General of MPS Senior Colonel Phan Thi Loan.

During the meeting, citizens with complaints and denunciations briefed the Deputy Minister and representatives from the MPS Inspectorate on their cases, and submitted relevant documents and evidence in support of their petitions to the officials.

After listening to the petitioners and scanning their submitted documents, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested the MPS Inspectorate to receive and summarize all the cases related to the MPS as well as public security units and agencies.

The inspection agency will then send leaders of the involved public security units and agencies official requests to handle the cases in accordance with legal regulations.

For complaints and denunciations beyond the MPS jurisdiction and responsibility, citizens were guided to submit their petitions to the appropriate authorities.

Based on the outcomes of the meeting, the MPS Inspectorate will also have to advise leaders of the Ministry to issue an official document on the cases related to the Public Security Forces in line with the laws, while requiring the involved public security units and agencies to resolve the cases in line with the instructions of the MPS leadership.
