Department of Fire Fighting and Rescue asked to obtain more results

PSNews – The Police Department of Fire Fighting and Rescue held a conference to review its 2017 implementation of the movement of “Building on the People’s Police’s manners of bravery, humanity and devotedness to the people”.

It is the first units under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) to review the movement under the direction of the MPS.

Over the past year, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Department has closely followed the directions and instructions of the MPS. It has established the Steering Committee for the movement, organized various seminars and intensive training programs with the aim of integrate the movement in the performance of their main tasks and the movement of “Protecting National Security”.

As a result, the movement has brought about good results, making positive changes from awareness to action of all soldiers and officers of the unit. In implementing their tasks, the unit’s officers and soldiers raised sense of responsibility, detecting violations of fire safety and handling them seriously in time in accordance with the law. They quickly resolved fire and explosion incidents, contributing to minimizing both human and material losses and highlighting the image of the brave and devoted fire police.

Major General Do Ngoc Can, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics recognized and praised the efforts and fine achievements of the fire fighting and rescue police in the past time.

He also asked the leaders of the units to expand the movement while successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks and obtaining more good results in the coming time.
