In the morning, the NA deputies will debate the draft revised law on execution of criminal judgments.

At group discussions earlier, most NA deputies proposed that the draft revised law be considered at this 6th session and the 7th session of the NA, and approved at the 8th session.

Issues that drew deputies’ attention during previous discussions included the conditional release of convicts before ending of prison terms, rights and obligations of prisoners, rights and obligations of prisoners on death row, the enforcement of sanctions on commercial legal entities, and the coordination between the agency responsible for criminal judgment execution and related state agencies.
