Over the past quarter-century, the Vietnam-US Comprehensive Partnership has developed extensively in various fields with six effective and substantive bilateral dialogue mechanisms. The two countries are also members of many multilateral cooperation arrangements.

The cooperation between the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security (MPS) and relevant US agencies in the field of security and order has been consolidated and developed positively, contributing to strengthening the strategic trust between the two countries.

The Minister suggested that in the coming time, the two sides should continue to promote cooperation in the fields of mutual interest, especially in prevention of economic crimes, drug-related crimes, hi-tech crimes, human trafficking, and child sexual abuse.

The guest affirmed that, in his working position, he will strongly promote the cooperation ties between the US agencies and the Vietnamese MPS, contributing to deepening the bilateral cooperation relationship and ensuring the interests of the two nations, for peace, stability, and development in the region and the world.
