The memorial service of the State funeral for President Tran Dai Quang began at 7:30am on September 27 at the National Funeral Hall. The burial ceremony will take place from 3:30pm on the same day in the President's native land in Quang Thien commune, Kim Son district, Ninh Binh province.

The memorial service of the State funeral for President Tran Dai Quang on September 27 began with the eulogy of Party Chief Nguyen Phu Trong. He briefed participants on the career and contribution of President Tran Dai Quang within about 10 minutes. 

After that, on behalf of the whole family of HE Tran Dai Quang, his son made a speech to send sincere thank to the Party, the State, the Government and Vietnamese people.
