State President visits Hero of People's Armed Forces Nong Van Dinh

During his visit to Lang Son on the occasion of the province’s 190th  founding anniversary (November 4, 1831 2021), State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his entourage visited and presented gifts to Major General, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nong Van Dinh, former Director of the Lang Son Provincial Police Department.

State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the delegation visit Major General, Hero of the People's Armed Forces Nong Van Dinh.

Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Hoa Binh and Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc also joined the delegation.

Mr. Nong Van Dinh was an outstanding policeman who obtained various achievements in the fight against crimes when he worked at the Lang Son Provincial Police Department. For his merit, he was presented with the title  “Hero of the People's Armed Forces” in 1995 and appointed as Director of the Lang Son Provincial Police Department in 2013. He retired as a Major General.

Visiting Major General Dinh’s house, State President Nguyen and other leaders inquired after his health and hailed his contributions to the fight against crimes as well as to the common success of the Lang Son police forces in maintaining national security, social order and safety in the border areas of the country.
