The "Scene reflection solution" provides support functions for people, businesses and tourists to comprehensively reflect activities in the province of Thua Thien Hue, as a channel of “social sensor” through the receipt of citizens’ reflections.

As a problem is identified, citizens, businesses and visitors can send reflections to the IOC Center with photos or video clips in many different ways: Interactive Portal (https://tuongtac.thuathienhue.gov.vn), smart urban city’s Facebook page: HueIOC, zalo account, email, switchboard..., especially the smart urban service mobile application of Thua Thien Hue Province (HUE-S) with supports for both Android and iOS.

The center receives, analyzes, classifies and transfers information to relevant agencies for processing. The Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee has regulations and mechanisms to guarantee and automatically monitors this information processing.

All reflection processing activities are publicized so that citizens can monitor, interact and evaluate their satisfaction with results of the reflection processing of each agency.

Being awarded the Sao Khue 2020 title is an important step to recognize Thua Thien Hue province’s development of the e-government, and mark the provincial administrative reform effort on the basis of effective IT implementation and application.

Sao Khue Award is a program that votes, ranks and recognizes outstanding and prestigious products and services of Vietnam's software and information technology service industry (IT). It is held by the Vietnam Association of Software and Information Technology Services (VINASA) to honor Vietnamese intellectual products.

Sao Khue Awards 2020 received 186 nominations from 102 enterprises, an increase of 20% compared to that of 2019. A total of 112 typical IT products and services (84 solution products and 28 services) have been awarded the Sao Khue Awards 2020.
