Bredikhin, who is editor-in-chief of the scientific journal Arkhont, stated that the visit can be viewed as a great success, particularly as it contributes to reinforcing the traditional friendship and solidarity that exists between the two nations.

A total of 13 co-operation documents in a variety of fields were signed during the course of the Vietnamese Party chief’s trip, he said.

With regard to the building of socialism in the country, the author hailed the reputation and role of the Party chief as part of Vietnamese nation building and safeguarding.

Most notably, the Doi Moi policy, known as Renewal in English, has contributed to international integration and building positive relations with neighbouring countries. That is the primary reason behind the nation being able to create a positive environment in political, economic, and socio-cultural affairs, he added.
