General To Lam and Ms. Truong Thi Mai co-chaired a meeting with the staff. The event also saw the presence of the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and relevant agencies.

In her remarks, Truong Thi Mai congratulated the great achievement of the Ministry of Public Security in successfully building the National Population Data Center, saying that it helps the country solve various practical issues related to population data as well as bring more convenience to people.

For his part, Minister To Lam stated that the Ministry of Public Security has been connecting and sharing data with ministries, branches and localities, contributing to socio-economic development and population management on both national and local scales.

The Ministry of Public Security also closely coordinated with the Central Organizing Committee in building a database system related to the work of the Central Organizing Committee. So far, the system has run in an absolutely safety and smooth manner.
