Phuong Nga named in top 10 of Miss Grand International 2018

PSNews – The first runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2018 Bui Phuong Nga made an impressive step on October 25, becoming one of top 10 beauties of Miss Grand International 2018 in Myanmar.

Thanks to Vietnamese and International fans, Vietnamese representative Phuong Nga won the Miss Popular Vote title of Miss Grand International 2018 and finished among Top 10 of the pageant.

As one of top 10, Phuong Nga got opportunity to show judges and audiences her skills and knowledge on the peace topic in the rhetoric section.

Presenting fluently in English, she shared that also she lives in a peaceful country but she always thinks about the past war in Vietnam, which has caused human and property damage to Vietnam and the US. With the aim of healing the past wound, she expressed that love and sharing play important roles.

Earlier, according to the organizing board of the pageant, her traditional long dress (the Ao Dai) ranked second in the Top 5 favourite national costumes. During the pageant, Phuong Nga always showed her bright smile and look graceful.

After becoming the first runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2018, Bui Phuong Nga got just 12 preparing days for participating in the Miss Grand International 2018. During those days, Phuong Nga also joined a series of activities such as participating in charitable programme for children on the occasion of mid-autumn festival or making introduction clips for the competition.

As reported, Phuong Nga arrived in Hanoi on October 26. She will continue her study at the National Economics University. At the same time, as the first runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2018, Phuong Nga and other beauties will also join social activities.
