The event was held on the occasion of the working visit to Vietnam by the Russian ministry’s delegation. It highlighted the cooperative ties and deep affection between Vietnam and Russia in general, and their peoples in particular.

It featured performances by the Russian ministry’s Symphony Orchestra and artists from the People's Police Music and Dance Theatre of the Vietnamese ministry.

Over the past years, Vietnam and Russia have maintained their comprehensive strategic partnership based on traditional friendship and mutual trust. Alongside cooperation in politics, economy, and defence and security, cultural and artistic exchanges – particularly in music through regularly held events – have helped enhance mutual understanding and strengthen the friendship between the peoples of the two countries.

Through diplomatic activities across multiple fields, cooperation between the two ministries has achieved practical results, especially in early warning and prevention of emergencies, firefighting, and search and rescue./.
