It is necessary to identify national sets of products for comprehensive measures. First, a national set of products include 10 products with an export value of US$1 billion. Second, provincial products which are worth tens of thousands of US$ will be developed into key commodities of the province, he said.

Local products are at the third level. These 3 sets of products will be paid due attention. We will also adjust 3 major areas of policies: for investors in agriculture, for the development of cooperatives, and for vulnerable regions.”

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha told the NA deputies of land policies, “The ministry will take the initiative in modernizing the use of land on the basis of market mechanism, uniform policies, and the application of IT.

We will check land reserves nationwide, particularly land for farming. The ministry will also fine-tune regulations on the land towards improving its effective use and propose the establishment of a land bank.”

The Minister of the Interior also reported on 3 major issues, including preferences for ethnic students.
