The children in the centre are divided into two main groups according to the methods of treatment, including movement and cognitive therapy. In general, all of them are well treated and cared by the center.

A child offered Mrs. Abe his just made bracelet. During her visit to the center, she also watched a dancing and singing program performed by the disabled children. The Hoa Binh Village is home to over 200 children with disabilities, many of whom are victims of the Agent Orange.
