Hanoi Cuisine and Craft Village Tourism Festival celebrates SEA Games 31

The Hanoi Cuisine and Craft Village Tourism Festival 2022 opened on Le Quang Dao Street near the My Dinh National Stadium in the capital on May 20 as part of various tourism promotion activities being held for the 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31).

The festival kicks off on May 20 with the primary purpose of promoting images of the capital as a safe, friendly, and attractive destination to international friends.

On display are several booths which introduce local cuisine such as Banh Cuon Thanh Tri, also known as Thanh Tri steamed roll rice pancakes, Uoc Le pork paste, Pho, a type of rice noodle dish, and Bun Cha, grilled pork with rice vermicelli noodles.
