First modern truck and bus center opens in central Vietnam

PSNews - The Truong Hai Automobile Joint Stock Company (Thaco) on January 28 officially inaugurated the Thaco Da Nang  Truck and Bus Center in Hoa Phuong commune, Hoa Vang district.

The Thaco Da Nang Showroom and Service Center with 3 showrooms and a maintenance service section covers 2.6ha area and costs142 billion VND, including.

The center’s wastewater treatment system can treat 25m3 of wastewater per day, ensuring that the discharged meet the environmental protection standard.

Mr. Tran Ba Duong, Chairman of Thaco Company said that the launch of the Thaco Da Nang Truck and Bus Center was a significant event helping shape its truck and bus showroom and service system. He also believed that such a model will replicated across the country.

 At the inauguration ceremony, Thaco donated 1 billion VND to the fund "For the poor" of Da Nang city and 200 million VND to the fund "For the poor" of Hoa Vang district.

 Previously, Thaco awarded 1 billion VND to U23 Vietnam football team for their outstanding performance in the AFC U23 Championship and a Kia Optima car to South Korean coach Park Hang Seo.

Thaco is the only automobile manufacturer in Vietnam that produces, assembles and distributes all segments of commercial vehicles from mid-class models to luxury ones in closed-loop value chains. Its products include Foton, Mitsubishi Fuso, Thaco Bus; and 4-seat car models of the brands of Kia (Korea), Mazda (Japan), Peugeot (France) and BMW (Germany).
