The organizing board selected many significant documentaries and films under the topic of war and revolution. Of the films, "Cao hon ca bau troi" (Higher than the sky) was highly valued by experts, honoring the victory of Vietnamese army and people in Hanoi  during the 12 days and nights against the American imperialist.

Other films will be screened including “Dinh cao chien thang” (Climax of victory); “70 nam dat nuoc niem tin va anh sang” (70 years of country belief and victory); “Duong toi doc lap tu do” (Way to independence, freedom).

The Film Week will be chaired by Vietnam’s Department of Cinema, in collaboration with other relevant departments and film companies.

The establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 1930 is considered a milestone of national salvation. It stressed the Party’s push up Party building and rectification work and prevent ideological, ethical, and lifestyle degradation and the phenomena of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation” within the Party.
