Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha on March 25 led a Government delegation to the Russian Embassy in Hanoi to offer condolences after Moscow terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, on March 22 evening.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha wrote: "We are totally shocked to hear about the brutal terrorist attack in Moscow's Crocus City Hall in Russia on March 22, 2024 that killed many innocent civilians".

He stressed that Viet Nam strongly condemns all forms of terrorist attacks and believes that the perpetrators must be strictly punnished.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his wish that the families of the victims would soon overcome the great pains and losses, the injured persons would soon recover, and the Russian people and Russia would always be peaceful and continue development trajectory.

Also on March 25 morning, many Vietnamese and foreign citizens, businesses, agencies and organisations came to the embassy to lay wreaths and sign the condolence book, standing in solidarity with Russia during this difficult time.
