The Danang Municipal Department of Tourism organised a tourism-airline cooperation programme on January 17 along with the promotion of flight routes to Danang, aiming to provide the tourism and aviation partners of Danang tourism with a plan towards opening international routes in 2022 with current aviation support policies.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of Danang Municipal People's Committee Tran Phuoc Son emphasised the importance of aviation-tourism cooperation in successfully launching international routes, creating a trade bridge to restore the main economy sector of the city.

In the immediate future, Danang City has assigned the Department of Tourism to assume the prime responsibility, coordinate with other sectors, and request the sectors to coordinate and support the Department of Tourism to successfully organise the event of the Routes Asia 2022 Development Forum, while at the same time deploying flight promotion activities, thus contributing to the city's socio-economic recovery.
