The preparation work of the summit has almost been completed by this time, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the authorities of Hanoi.

A media center with modern conveniences has been erected at the Viet Xo Friendship Labour Cultural Palace (Tran Hung Dao street, Hoan Kiem District) to support Vietnamese and foreign news reporters.

A media center with modern conveniences has been erected at the Viet Xo Friendship Labour Cultural Palace (Tran Hung Dao street, Hoan Kiem District) to support Vietnamese and foreign news reporters.

The center can provide fully-equipped working places for some 4,000 reporters and technicians from various press and media agencies around the world from February 25 to March 1. This 4,000-square-meter media center is divided into 3 different sections, and opens around the clock. The press center is still being furnished.
