Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption works with Lam Dong Province

PSNews - General To Lam, Politburo Member, Minister of Public Security and Vice Chairman of the Central Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption, on March 18 led a delegation to work with the authority of Lam Dong Province on anti-corruption work.

At the working session, a representative of the Provincial Party Committee of Lam Dong briefed members of the delegation on the situation and outcomes of the province in preventing and fighting corruption in the past few years as well as the directions of the Provincial Party Committee following the guidance of the Party and State in the fight against corruption. The representative of the Provincial Party Committee of Lam Dong also reported on the investigation and handling of corruption and economic cases as well as the recovery of lost assets in these cases in Lam Dong.

The delegation also worked with the Provincial Party Committee of Lam Dong on the organization of bodies of the province in charge of anti-corruption work and listened to difficulties and challenges, and recommendations of Lam Dong.

The delegation was briefed on the implementation of Regulation No. 04-QD / TW issued on July 25, 2018 by the Secretariat on functions, missions, power and organizational apparatus of the specialized bodies at various levels assisting the provincial and lower- level Party committees in anti-corruption work in Lam Dong.

They also discussed the province’s implementation of conclusions and recommendations of the previous inspection, supervision and audit delegations; its observance of the regulations of the Party and State on conditions, standards, order process and procedures for appointment and re-appointment of officials and leaders.
