Chairs and tables of A Ti Restaurant on Hoang Sa Street are on the pavement of Hoang Sa Street. Meanwhile, on Vo Van Kiet Street, a restaurant occupies the pavement to serve their customers.
Tran The Thuan, Chairman of District 1 People’s Committee, admitted the problem, adding that this has tended to expand on many different local pavements, including Le Chan, Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Nguyen Binh Khiem, Nguyen Hue and Bui Vien streets.
