Arts Festival for Foreigners to open in Da Nang

PSNews - The festival will be an opportunity for the countries that have cooperation and relations with Da Nang, to promote their arts and cultures in the city. It also aims to contribute to tightening the solidarity and friendship of the expat community in Da Nang as well as between the expat community and the people of Da Nang City.

The Da Nang Municipal Department of Culture and Sports on November 1 announced that the Arts Festival for Foreigners in Da Nang 2018 will take place on December 8 and 9.

Foreign businesses, political and social organizations as well as non-governmental organizations are welcomed to participate in the festival. 

Besides, foreign enterprises based in Da Nang and all associations, representatives of expat communities or individual expats who are living, studying and working in Da Nang and neighboring localities such as Hue, Hoi An, are also eligible to perform at this event. The organizers start receiving registration from November 1 to 11.

The festival will be an opportunity for the countries that have cooperation and relations with Da Nang, to promote their arts and cultures in the city. It also aims to contribute to tightening the solidarity and friendship of the expat community in Da Nang as well as between the expat community and the people of Da Nang City.

According to the organizers, besides the main activities of the Arts Festival for Foreigners in Da Nang in 2018, many other sideline activities will also be held such as the tourism information booths, souvenir and handicraft booths of foreign communities, games run by local students, as well as other performances and exhibitions.
