The "10th Anniversary Culture Show' will feature a performance by Bryan Charles Wilson, a cellist from America at 5pm on July 26 at 170 Ngoc Khanh Street.

He will be joined by đàn bầu player Ngo Tra My, đàn tranh player Pham Tra My, and DJ Tri Minh.

Wilson will take the audience on a musical journey, starting with his new album, Tri An, where he skillfully reimagines Vietnamese music through the sounds of the cello.

Wilson will also collaborate with talented Vietnamese artists to create a mesmerizing performance that combines his newly composed works for cello with traditional instruments such as the đàn tranh (string zither) and the đàn bầu (monochord).

This collaboration will go beyond boundaries as the artists engage in a profound musical conversation, blending the enchanting sounds of these beautiful instruments with captivating electronic music.

Ngo Tra My is an accomplished đàn bầu teacher and soloist. She is a part of several bands, holds multiple honors, and has taught at the Malmö Academy of Music. My has performed in more than 40 countries, spreading the beauty of traditional Vietnamese music around the world.

Pham Tra My is a lecturer of đàn tranh performance at the Vietnam National Academy of Music. Also an accomplished musician, she has won gold and silver medals at national traditional instrumental music festivals, and special prizes at international music festivals in France and Italy.

Tri Minh is a DJ who dabbles in experimental music because conventional music genres couldn't contain his creativity. He hosts "Hanoi Sound Stuff", a music festival for electronic and experimental music. Tri Minh has performed with musicians from many parts of the world.
