9 people seriously injured as hydrogen balloons explode in mid-autumn festival

The hydrogen balloons exploded unexpectedly when hundreds of people were watching lion dance in 36M street, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh, injuring 9 people on September 9th evening.
People were in panic and ran away after such accident, leaving many motorcycles and cars there.
These victims were quickly taken to the Vietnam-Cuba friendship hospital, Dong Hoi, Quang Binh for emergency treatment.

Most of them were injured from the second-degree burns and the third-degree burns. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Diep who lives in Dong Hoi got the worst serious injury (33 year-olds).

The Vietnam-Cuba friendship hospital's specialized doctors presented promptly to diagnose and treat accordingly. There are 3 kids out of 9 victims. 

The cause of such explosion is being investigated by Quang Binh's authorities.
