At 7:15am, the NA deputies will pay a floral tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum.

Then they will attend a preparatory meeting to discuss and adopt the agenda of the session before it officially opens at 9am.

The opening ceremony will be broadcast live by Radio the Voice of Vietnam, the Vietnam Television and the TV channel of the National Assembly.

Over the past time, the NA Standing Committee, the Government, the Council for Ethnic Affairs and committees of the NA, delegations of NA deputies, legislators as well as agencies, organisations and individuals have urgently prepared contents to submit to the legislature at this session. They have also organised meetings with voters to grasp their feelings and aspirations to report to the NA.
